The following table shows the 2013 weekly rental based on party size:

There is a 4.5% credit card handling fee charged by our online booking supplier.

We charge a €36 damage waiver fee on booking rather than collect a damage deposit.

Minimum rental 3 days.

Short rental rates are the weekly rate pro rated with a supplement of € 100.

 

The house will be available from 5 p.m. on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the departure date. Please arrive before 10 p.m. Early arrivals and late departures only by prior arrangement and subject to other bookings.

High season for 2013 is from May 26th to September 5th.

The rental rates include electricity, central heating, hot water, bed linen and towels. Free WiFi connection to your Laptop or smartphone.

For rentals longer than 1 week the house will be cleaned weekly with a change of linen and towels.

Beach towels are not provided.

The house is not suitable for families with children under 12.

The house is accessed by stairs so it is not be suitable for adults with impaired mobility.
